Under the sink counter?
Apart from the additional costs, is there any reason to prevent the installation of a counter-to-type low when am replacing my kitchen countertop.
The biggest attraction to a set back is up against the seam between the countertop and the sink is a dirt, food, bacteria and collector …. I personally do not make my kitchen cleaning more of a pain in the neck than it already is
